Do not charge your mobile untill it is wet. Keep the mobile to the sun light and make it dry and if possible . Open the back cover and clear it with thinner on the chip side. When it is dry it will work as before.

Generally when phone gets wet to a great extent, then it is not possible to get it repaired,better to change the phone.

My phone never got wet because I'm always very careful. However, I didn't know the trick about removing the battery. Good thing I know now, just in case.

I dropped my old galaxy S in the toilet and it worked fine lol

I dropped my phone in the toilet(the holster released from my pocket). I followed all of the above steps plus I put it in a bowl of rice for a couple of days. The rice sucks the moisture out for some reason. It worked great and I have had no further problems.

I dropped my first cell, a nokia into the toilet bowl (it was in my back pocket) and it worked just fine after a day.

The second phone I dropped in water was a total loss. It was my first razr, two days after I got it. Was walking through a constuction area and had it in my hand, guy almost ran over me on his bike and scared the crap out of me. Long story short, it flew across the sidewalk and into the hole in the street filled with water and a couple construction guys.

They fished it out for me, but I needed a new one.

...use dryer to remove the air from the phone and when all the water are removed then put the battery in the phone and switch on the phone and check the phone if there is any issue then consult to the repair store...

^Use of dryer may push water deeper into phone
Also turn phone off, remove battery & let phone dry for at least a day!!!
