Hi, I am wanting to know how to update/renew my dad's cell phone. He passed away 2 months ago. My mom just found his cell but we can't figure out the plan he had. She can use it but who is paying for it? I have not seen a bill yet! (unless she through it away by accident...) any advice? thanks!
