I just got a brand new phone - Cect k630i ; its a Chinese unlocked phone (Im using a T-Mobile SIM Card)

Every time I get sent a Picture Message (or MMS message) thats about 150 kbs, I get an error saying that "Too Long Message was blocked" is there a way to get around that?
