so i already got the samsung eternity, but realized its nothing special for music. my sister is up on her contract this month and wants this phone. so i got to thinking, should i tell her to ger the sony ericsson w750 or780, whichever is the upgrade to w580. or should i stay with this phone?

I take it you are on a GSM based netrwork, correct? I personally prefer Nokia's as i've had great luck with them, and their N95 is a really nice phone.
