Ciao
I'm conducting an informal survey to figure out why it is that fewer than 12% of the 21,000,000 cell phones in Canada get recycled?
Can anyone tell me if they recycle their handset or not?
If not, why not?
What would inspire you to take the time to recycle yours?
I've long been a believer in Deposit/Refund recycling models like The Beer Store (Ontario) has where you get $0.10/bottle back for recycling.
Would a financial incentive be enough to encourage more recycling do you think?
If a financial incentive would work, how much would be a reasonable deposit amount?
