AT&T and Pantech have gotten together to launch the Pantech Pursuit. The Pantech Pursuit is a rounded curvy phone that has a "shake feature" that allows users to launch the music player or web browser once you press the designated button and shake the handset. The Pursuit will let you configure up to three different actions for the number of shakes. The Quick Messaging phone has a 2.8 inch touchscreen as well as a sliding QWERTY keyboard.
Other features include Drawing Commander that is based on finger gestures, Graffiti handwriting, multi-tasking, a 2-megapixel camera complete with face recognition and geotagging, 3G (plus the usual access to AT&T Mobile Video and AT&T Mobile Music), a music player, a microSD card slot, GPS with AT&T Navigator, dedicated social networking apps for Facebook and MySpace, and support for AT&T's online services like Online Locker and AT&T Address Book.
The Pursuit will sell for $49.99 with a two-year contract with AT&T.
