One more model you can consider is the SE W595, great music quality and decent enough camera. W995 would be a lot better but I'm not sure if you will like it because of the price but I personally owned one before about several months ago which I bought factory unlocked from timtechs and used with T-mobile, If you can afford to get one I am pretty sure you are gonna love it. But among the phone models you have mentioned I will go for the 5230
