An Android tablet was announced by ViewSonic at the CES 2011 called: ViewPad 4. the ViewPad 4 is a tablet with cell phone functionality that runs on Android 2.2 Froyo and comes with these features: a 4.1 inch WVGA display, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, stereo Bluetooth, ambient light and proximity sensors, 5MP photo camera, VGA video-calling camera on the front, 512MB RAM, 2GB ROM, and a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor.

Price of the ViewPad 4 has not been mentioned and according to who the carrier will be, will probably have different pricing. As far as who will carry the ViewSonic ViewPad 4, that is still yet unknown but the ViewPad 4 is said to start selling around the middle of this year.
