Somebody broke my phone. my phone is a lg cosmo. when they broke it they also damaged my battery. So my question is when they replace my phone when they ship it will it have a new battery or do i have to use my same battery that is damaged meanng it wouldnt work for my phone because of the damage.

They usually send a new battery along with the new phone, so you shouldn't have to worry about it.
