    thank you but i am looking for an actual cell phone that has the ability to record both sides . I am aware of the laws and I intend not to break the law .

    You could go the app route if you get an Android phone or iPhone. There are several different ones available for android: https://market.android.com/search?q=...er&so=1&c=apps
