    I can't open the ZMAX microSDHC Card tray. I don't want to break it. Is there a trick to this? Maybe MetroPcs has the answer.

    The phone should have come with a pin key to open it, but if you don't have that you can use a bent paper clip. Just push it in the hole and the tray should pop out.
