How do I safely disconnect an Evolve 2 from the computer. I have been turning the computer off and then disconnecting/dismounting!

If you have a PC there should be an icon that appears next to the time. If you click on it there should be an option to disconnect. If MAC you can just drag the phone's icon on the desktop to the trash to eject it.

That is the problem in a nutshell! The icon does NOT show up. That is why I have been completely powering down the PC to unplug (disconnect) the phone after moving pictures, music, ringtones etc. onto the new phone.

Any suggestions on how to add it to the bar so that it DOES show up. Please note I am NOT computer savvy.
