Hello:
I would like to give my mother-in-law a cell phone but I don't want others in the household using it. Is there a way to restrict both outgoing and incoming calls to a cell phone? I would like to set up a list of numbers she can call but have the option to change the list via an app that I can control remotely - rather than having a password controlled list on the phone.
