Create a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Access the All contacts tab
- Tap +
- Enter the contacts phone number, name, and other details in the proper fields
- If necessary, choose an account to sync the contact with
- Tap Done
Import / Export Contacts:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Contacts
- Tap Menu > Import / Export
- Choose to Import from storage, Import from SIM card or Export to storage
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import or export
Speed Dialing a Contact:
- Go to the home screen and tap & hold an empty area
- Go to Widgets
- Find the Direct Dial widget, then drag > drop it on top of the home screen
- At the contacts list pop-up, select the contact you want to link with the widget
NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to create multiple Direct Dial widgets for more contacts. You can also organize the widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging > dropping them one on top of the other.
Deleting a Contact:
- Launch Contacts
- Tap the All Contacts tab
- Choose a contact and tap Edit (icon shaped like a pencil)
- Tap Menu > Delete
- Tap OK
Create a New Caller Group:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Contacts
- Access All contacts and tap +
- Scroll to Groups and tpa Group name
- Tap Create a new group and enter the desired name for it
- Tap OK and press Back to save the changes
Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:
- Launch Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Tap and hold the contact you want to add to the group
- Tap Edit > Group name
- Select a group and tap Back to save
Manage the Call Log:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu and go to Call history
- Tap a call log entry and tap Details for more information
- To clear the call log, tap Menu in the Call History menu, and tap Clear call log
