When my phone dies and I turn it back on, it goes into factory mode--a black screen with a few options given in blue text. I can't start up my phone so it's useless right now. How can I fix this??? BLU told me to factory reset my phone so I did and it didn't fix the issue. Please help! I cannot use my phone what-so-ever.
