Using iTunes:

NOTE: If you have iTunes installed on your computer, you can use the app to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync your account data, including contacts, with the BLU Studio Energy 2.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your PC via USB
  2. Launch iTunes and click the iPhone to access the device’s summary page
  3. Go to the “Info” tab and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  4. From the drop-down menu, select “Google Contacts”
  5. Sign in with your Google account, or alternatively you can click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” and wait for the sync to complete
  7. Once done, switch to the BLU, register the same Google account used in iTunes, and allow it to sync contacts with your phone

Using iCloud:

NOTE: Assuming that your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in to your account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts as a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
  3. Access “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  5. After the vCard is downloaded on the computer, import it to “Google Contacts”
  6. Alternatively, you can skip the step above and instead connect the BLU Studio Energy 2 to your computer via USB, copy the vCard file to the phone storage, and import it to your phonebook using “Contacts”

Via “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require access to a computer, you can also transfer your iPhone contacts using third party apps instead. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and transfer contacts via email.

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
  3. Launch the app and tap “Backup”
  4. After the backup file is created, tap “Email”
  5. Make sure the vCard backup file is attached to the email and send it to your own address
  6. Switch to the BLU Studio Energy 2 and open the email
  7. Download the attached vCard file on the BLU, and import its contents using “Contacts”

Via “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use to transfer contacts without requiring a computer. The app uses a P2P connection to transfer various file types, cross-platform too.

  1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Visit the Google Play Store and install the app on the BLU Studio
  3. Open the app on both handsets
  4. Tap “Send” on the iPhone
  5. Tap “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  6. Tap “Send” and select a transfer method. For instance, you can tap “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone and scan the code with the BLU’s camera to begin the transfer, or tap “Receive” on the BLU device and manually enter the transfer code generated on the iPhone
