Block Calls:

  1. Launch the “Contacts” app
  2. Tap the name of the contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Edit” (icon shaped like a pencil)
  4. Tap “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to “Always forward”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable” or “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward”, “When unanswered”, "When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
