Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “+” at the bottom of the screen
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Export Contacts to SIM:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Select to “Export to SIM card”
  4. Tap “OK” to confirm

Import Contacts from Storage:

  1. Launch “Contacts” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Import / Export"
  3. Tap “Import from storage”
  4. Press “OK” to confirm

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Scroll to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widgets in an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted with the Contacts list or Contacts app, select the contact you want to link with the Direct Dial widget
  5. Repeat the steps above if you need to add multiple Direct Dial widgets for more contacts

NOTE: Direct Dial widgets can be organized in folders on the home screen similarly to shortcuts. Simply drag a Direct Dial widget and drop it on top of another one to create a folder.

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Access the “Groups” section at the top-right corner of the screen
  4. Tap the “Add Group” icon at the bottom
  5. Enter a name for the group
  6. Optionally, enter the name of the contact(s) you want to add to the group
  7. Tap “Done”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access the “Groups” screen
  3. Select the desired group
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Edit”
  5. In the “Type person’s name” field, enter the contact you want to add to the group
  6. Repeat the step above if you need to add multiple contacts to the group
  7. When ready, tap “Done”

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” in the upper-right corner of the screen
  3. Go to “Call history”
  4. To view more details on a call log, tap it
  5. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” in the “Call history” screen
  6. Tap “Clear call history”
