Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu and enable All Calls to voicemail
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Edit
- Tap Menu and turn off All Calls to voicemail
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu
- Go to People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number]
- Press OK to confirm
NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap Menu
- Go to Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu again and access People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: this option might be missing if it is not supported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unreachable, When unanswered or When busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Update / Enable
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone and tap Menu
- Access Settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off, or Always forward
- Tap Disable to confirm
