Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select an account to sync the contact with
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import / export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial via Direct Dial Widgets:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Find then drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can follow the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. Additionally, you can create folders on the home screen containing these widgets. To do this, drag a Direct Dial widget and drop it over another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts” and tap the contact you want to use for creating a new caller group
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Then scroll to and tap “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” > “Create new group”
  6. Enter a name for the group and tap “OK”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name”
  6. Select the group to add the contact to
  7. Tap “OK” to confirm
