Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the phone number / contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages using Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” and enable “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you wish to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” a second time and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Turn Call Forwarding ON:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is not supported by your network operator)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Turn Conditional Call Forwarding ON:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” and access “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “when unanswered”, “when unreachable” or “when busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
