Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Access “All Contacts”
  4. Tap “+” and select an account to sync the contact with
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM Card” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with your widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. In addition, you can organize widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one Direct Dial widget and dropping it over another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “History” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  4. Tap “All” > “Menu” > “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating a caller group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group”
  6. Enter the desired name for the group and press “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to associate with the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More fields”
  5. Scroll to and tap “Group name” then select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
