Create a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Tap + and select an account to sync the contact with
- Enter the contacts name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
- Tap Done to confirm
Import / Export Contacts:
- Launch Contacts
- Tap Menu > Import / Export
- Choose to Import from storage, Import from SIM Card or Export to storage
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
Assign Contacts to Speed Dial:
- On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area
- Go to Widgets
- Drag and drop the Direct Dial widget in an empty area on the home screen
- At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with your widget
NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. In addition, you can organize widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one Direct Dial widget and dropping it over another.
Delete Contacts:
- Open Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Select the contact you want to delete
- Tap Edit > Menu > Delete > OK to confirm
View and Reset the Call Log:
- Launch Phone
- Go to the History tab
- Tap Menu > Call history
- Tap All > Menu > Clear call history
Create a Caller Group via Contact:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact you want to use for creating a caller group
- Tap More Fields > Group name
- Tap Create new group
- Enter the desired name for the group and press OK to confirm
Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact you want to associate with the group
- Tap Edit > More fields
- Scroll to and tap Group name then select the desired caller group
- Tap OK to confirm
