    Hello,

    First time posting here.
    I have a ZTE Grand X2 z850 phone.
I a have an issue where when receiving calls from or making a call to a landline phone, the person on the other end has trouble hearing me.
To them I sound either really quiet or there is a lot of distortion or background noise. I can however here them loud and clear.

There is no a problem when receiving or making calls to a person with a cell phone. We can here each other loud and clear.

Is this likely a defect with the phone, or an issue some way related to the carrier?
I am using Koodo, a Canadian carrier that is owned by Telus Canada.

    Thanks
