I came up with an idea

A retractable Ear Hanger for mobile phones. Hooks onto ear like eye glasses. It will free your hands while talking on phone. Eliminates need for CRADLING phone between ear and shoulder, which can cause harmful stress to neck vertebrae. Flips in place with thumb in one second.
