Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn All calls to voicemail ON
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Access All contacts
- Select the contact you wish to unblock
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn All calls to voicemail OFF
Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer and launch Google Messenger
- Tap the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK
NOTE: The conversation thread as well as future messages from the blocked contact/number will be archived. Furthermore, you will not receive notifications for archived messages.
Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap Menu > Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Press Menu again and access People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number] to confirm
Turn ON Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call forwarding (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it isnt supported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call forwarding
- Choose to forward incoming calls When unreachable, When busy or When unanswered
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Enable / Update to confirm
Turn Call Forwarding OFF:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Access Settings
- Tap Call forwarding and if necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap Disable
