Sync iPhone Contacts With Google Using iTunes:
NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with your Android smartphone.
- Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
- Launch iTunes on the computer and click the iPhone
- Access Info
- Enable Sync Contacts With
- Select Google Contacts from the drop-down menu
- Register your Google account or click Configure and select an existing account if available
- Once the sync is complete, switch to the Micromax device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
- Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone
Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:
NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can access your account on a computer with an active Internet connection and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.
- Open the Internet browser on the computer
- Visit https://www.icloud.com/
- Sign in with your iCloud account and go to Contacts
- Select the desired contacts and click Settings
- Tap Export vCard and after the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
- Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
- Connect the Android device to your PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it via Contacts
Using My Contacts Backup:
NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can be used to back up and share contacts via email.
- Open the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
- Launch the app and tap Backup
- After the backup is done, tap Email
- Compose a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
- Send the email and attachment to your own address
- On the Micromax device, open the email and download the vCard attachment
- Import the vCard to your phonebook via Contacts
Using Send Anywhere:
NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring PC access.
- Launch the App Store and install Send Anywhere on the iPhone
- Visit the Google Play Store and install the same app on the Micromax device
- Launch the app on both smartphones
- On the iPhone, tap Send > Contacts
- Select the desired contacts and tap Send again
- Lastly, select the desired transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transfer
