Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts” and select the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
4. Turn “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Tap “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Additionally you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if call forwarding isn’t supported by your carrier)
4. Edit or enter the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Open “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Access “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
