Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it’s not supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for all forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn Off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number whose calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” Off

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again
  6. Go to “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”
