Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Go to “Menu” again and tap “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if it’s unsupported by your carrier)
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
