Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Contacts” > “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. Select the account to use for contact syncing
  5. Add the contact’s name, phone number, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Import/Export”
  4. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above and add multiple Direct Dial widgets for additional contacts on the home screen. To do this, drag and drop one Direct Dial widget over another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call history”
  4. For more details on a call log entry, tap it
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear history” > “Clear call log”

Create a New Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Go to “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group”
  6. Enter the desired group’s name and tap “OK” to confirm

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to associate with the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More fields”
  5. Tap “Group name”
  6. Select the desired caller group and tap “OK” to confirm
