Create a New Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select an account with which to sync the contact. Alternatively, select a different method of storing the contact
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number and other optional details
  5. When ready tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Import/Export”
  4. Select to “Import from storage”, “Export to storage” or “Import from SIM card”
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Delete a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the Direct Dial widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for additional contacts. You can also organize these widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  5. Tap “Clear call history”

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group”
  6. Enter the desired group name and tap “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK”
