Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
- Enable Media device / File Transfer when prompted or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the desired files to the phone storage, preferably in the Ringtone directory
- After the process completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Access Sound & Notification
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK
- Optionally, enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the phones on-board memory or the SIM card.
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
- Press OK
Change Notification Sounds:
- Go to Settings
- Access Sound & Notification
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification sound
- Press OK
