Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- Enable Media device / File Transfer at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy and transfer the desired audio files to the phone storage, preferably in the Media folder
- Once the process completes, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Launch Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sound and Notification
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
- Optionally, you can turn Also vibrate for calls ON or OFF
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts stored on the SIM card or the phones internal memory.
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap OK to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Device
- Tap Sound & Notification > Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification sound
- Tap OK to confirm
