Transfer Audio Files from a PC:
- Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
- On the phone, enable File Transfer / Media device from the notification area or when prompted
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC
- Transfer the desired files to the phone storage, preferably in the Media folder
- Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Access Device
- Tap Sound and notification
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
- Optionally, enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts stored on the SIM card or the phones internal memory.
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the contact whose ringtone you want to change
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Go to Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and tap OK
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Open Settings
- Access Device
- Tap Sound & notification
- Tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification alert
- Press OK
