Create a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts” and tap “+”
  3. Select an account for contact syncing or select a different method for storing the contact
  4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import/Export”
  3. Select to “Import from SIM” “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the import/export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget over an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to link with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat these steps to add more Direct Dial widgets for different contacts on the home screen. These widgets can also be placed in folders on the home screen by dragging one widget and dropping it over another.

Remove Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK”

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call history”
  4. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  5. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” >” Call history”
  6. Tap “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group via Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Make sure you view “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group” and enter the desired group name
  6. Tap “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to associate with the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK”
