Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu’
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived, and notification alerts will be disabled for all the archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
