Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and select the desired contact
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “archived”
  3. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding’
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
