Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data and contacts with the Android device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Open iTunes and click the iPhone
  3. Access “Info”
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With”
  5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once done, switch to the Android device and sign in with the same account used in iTunes
  8. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts via iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer with Internet connectivity and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the PC
  2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account
  4. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. After the process completes, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard via “Google Contacts” or:
    • Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app that can back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Visit the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
  2. Open the app and create a vCard of your contacts
  3. Write an email ensuring the vCard is attached
  4. Send the vCard to your own address and switch to the Android device
  5. Open the email and download the attached vCard
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook via “Contacts”

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts without requiring access to a computer.

  1. Visit the App Store and install Send Anywhere on the iPhone
  2. Install the app on the Android phone from the Play Store
  3. Open the app on both devices
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts
  6. Tap “Send” and select a transfer method on one of the phones
  7. Follow the prompts to complete the process
