Block Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact whose incoming calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit’ > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK”

NOTE: the conversation and future messages form the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for archived items.

Unblock Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived” and select the conversation exchanged with the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
  5. GO to “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (the feature might be missing if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” / ‘Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
