Share iPhone contacts Using iTunes:
NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the Android phone.
- Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
- Open iTunes on the PC and click the iPhone
- Go to Info and enable Sync Contacts With
- Select an existing account and click Apply
- Switch to the Android phone and log in with the same account used in iTunes
- Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone
Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:
NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file which can be imported on the Android phone.
- Launch the Internet browser on the PC and visit https://www.icloud.com/
- Log in with your iCloud account
- Go to Contacts
- Select the desired contacts
- Click Settings > Export vCard
- Follow one of the steps below:
- Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts or:
- Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via Contacts
Using My Contacts Backup:
NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to share contacts via email.
- Install the app on the iPhone via the App Store
- Launch the app and create a vCard containing your contacts
- Compose an email and ensure the vCard is attached
- Send the email to your own address
- Switch to the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
- Use Contacts to import the vCard to your phonebook
Using Send Anywhere:
NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS. The app can transfer contacts over a peer-to-peer connection without requiring a computer connected to the Internet.
- Install the app on the Android phone from the Play Store
- Go to the App Store and install the app on the iPhone
- Launch the app on both phones
- On the sender device, tap Send > Contacts
- Select the desired contacts and a transfer method on one of the phones
- Follow the prompts to complete the transfer
