    Hello,

    Looking to buy a phone for my Parent within $350.
    Apart from calling/texting, only use is whatsapp and facebook.

    Any recommendation of such Android Phone which supports Dual Sim and is water resistant (waterproof not necessary).

    Nokia 3310 is best to use WhatsApp and facebook, and you can also use this OGWhatsApp Apk to use WhatsApp with extra features and functions.
