Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, and contacts, with the Android device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Click the iPhone
  4. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
  5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. Once done, log in with the same account used in iTunes on the Android phone
  8. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Log in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts”
  4. Select the desired contacts
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, you can also share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
  2. Launch the app and create a vCard containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Write a new email ensuring the vCard is attached
  4. Send the email to your own email address
  5. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
  6. Use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use for Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts without computer access.

  1. Go to the App Store and install the app on the iPhone
  2. Install the app on the Android device via the Play Store
  3. Launch the app on both phones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
