Block Calls from a Contact/Phone Number:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Go to “People & Options” > “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts will be disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “menu” > “archived”
  3. Select the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Go to “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable”
