Block Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived. Archived messages won’t be accompanied by notification alerts.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived” and select the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively you can select a contact
  5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
