Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

  1. Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB
  2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” on the phone, when prompted or from the Notification area
  3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
  4. Locate the audio files on the PC
  5. Copy and paste the files to the phone storage in the “notifications” and/or “Ringtones” directories
  6. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to “Sound”
  3. Tap “Phone ringtone” or “Music” / “Recordings”
  4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap and hold the desired contact
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
  4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

Change the Notification Ringtone:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Go to “Sound” and tap “Default notification ringtone”
  3. Select the desired notification ringtone and tap “OK”

Enable or Disable System Sounds:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Go to “Sound” > “Other sounds”
  3. Select between” Screen locking sounds” “Dial pad tones” “Charging sounds” “Vibrate on tap” “Touch sounds” and “Power up tone”
  4. Enable or disable the features individually
  5. Optionally, you can tap “Emergency tone” and select one of the available options

Enable/Disable Do Not Disturb:

  1. Launch “Settings”
  2. Go to “Sound”
  3. Tap “Do Not Disturb”
  4. Select “Always” or “Scheduled”
  5. Optionally, tap “Disturb rules” and select “Alarms only” “Priority only” or “Total silence”
  6. To disable Do Not Disturb, select “Never”
