Transfer Audio Files from a Computer:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer using the USB cord
- On the phone, enable Media file MTP at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy the desired audio files and transfer them to the phone storage in the Ringtones and/or Notifications directories
- Once the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen
- Launch Settings
- Go to Sound and tap Phone Ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be assigned for contacts stored on the SIM card or the devices internal memory.
- Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen and launch Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone and press Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings
- Access Sound > Default notification sound
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Launch messages
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Wireless alerts
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Enable or disable Allow alerts AMBER alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats
