Block Incoming Calls from a Contact/Number:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call history”
  3. Tap and hold the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Block number” > “Block”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Swipe up on the home screen and open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “X” button next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages via Google Messages:

  1. Launch Google Messages
  2. Tap the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notifications alerts will be turned off for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open Google Messages
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the phone number whose calls you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Manage Caller ID Settings:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Additional settings”
  5. Tap “Caller ID” and select between “Network default” “Hide number” and “Show number”

Manage Call History:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “clear call history”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
  5. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable “or “When busy”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On” / ‘Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the call forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn Off”
