Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: You can use iTunes on a computer with Internet access to sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the Android phone.

  1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. Access “Info”
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With”
  5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync and once done, switch to the Android phone
  7. Log in with the same account used in iTunes and allow the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up to your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

  1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
  3. Go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  5. Follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
    • Connect the Android device to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import the vCard to your phonebook via the Contacts app

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, you can also share your iPhone contacts via third-party apps such as My Contacts Backup. This is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

  1. Install the app on the iPhone via the App Store
  2. Launch the app and create a vCard containing y our iPhone contacts
  3. Compose an email and attach the vCard
  4. Send the email to your own email address
  5. On the Android phone, open the email and download the attached vCard
  6. Import the vCard to your phonebook via the “Contacts” app

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use is Send Anywhere on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts without access to a computer.

  1. Install the app on both devices from their respective app stores
  2. Open the app on both devices
  3. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
  4. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
  5. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
