Transfer Audio Files from a Computer:
- Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB
- Enable Media File on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the audio files on the PC
- Copy the desired files and paste them to the phone storage in the Ringtones and / or Notifications directories
- Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open Settings
- Access Sound > Phone ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
Change a Specific Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts stored on the devices internal memory or SIM card.
- Open Contacts
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap Edit > Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap Save
Change Notification Ringtones:
- Open Settings
- Go to Sound and tap Default notification ringtone
- Select the desired notification ringtone
Manage Emergency Alerts:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu
- Go to Settings > Wireless alerts
- Enable or disable AMBER alerts Allow alerts Extreme threats and Severe threats

Thanks for sharing. There is a convenient 3rd party tool called MobiKin Assistant for Android, it's designed to manage data from Android on computer. With it, you can transfer multiple between Android and computer easily.
