Does the bluetooth of 3650 NOT work with other bluetooth phones (e.g. siemens/son erricson etc.). Please, if u do u know any disadvantages of bluetooth 3650 or 3650 itself please help me, since i will get getting it soon and i don't want any headaches

I have heard mixed reports on the bluetooth. I have had no problem with the IR connection with other phones. In fact yesterday I swapped a heap of files to my mates phone through IR. If you checkout the 3650 forums there is a lot more specific stiff on there. I think its http://nokia3650.net/

no problems with bluetooth connection between the sony ericsson p800 and the nokia 3650.
